Meet yourself

and unleash your full potential

I help men and women who feel a deep calling to create something meaningful on this Earth get out of their own way and fully walk their dharma.

You can feel it in your bones: a vision that wants to come to life. Yet, compulsive behaviors, addictive patterns, or self-sabotage seem to keep you stuck. Maybe you spend hours scrolling on your phone, binge-watching shows, or numbing out with food. You find yourself in toxic or unavailable relationships, or perhaps you struggle with procrastination, lack of clarity, overworking, overspending, or other ways of avoiding the deeper truth within yourself.

Maybe you build your dreams, only to watch them crumble, leaving you wondering why. Perhaps mystery illnesses disrupt your life just when you’re making progress. You’ve tried therapy, self-help, or other modalities, but you’re still caught in the same frustrating loop.

All of this stems from a disconnection from your truest self.

And as a collective, we need you to find that self so you can fulfill your unique purpose in this world.

Who It's For

You are a badass creative / entrepreneur / healer that has yet to create to your full capacity.

I help men and women who know they are on this Earth to change it in a meaningful way, reconnect with their true selves and clear the behaviors that block their path.

I do it through a blend of plant medicine, spiritual connection, and creative exploration. This process disrupts the old cycles, freeing you from the weight of the past and helping you shine your brightest light. Together, we’ll design a life that allows you to grow, thrive, and step into the world as your most authentic self.

You’ll find your creative voice and shift from reacting to life to consciously creating it.

The result? A cascade of abundance and opportunities in every area of your life—from your work to your relationships.

I know this journey because I’ve lived it.

Growing up in a home filled with emotional abuse, narcissism, addiction, and codependency, I learned to hide myself to survive. I hid so well that I eventually lost sight of who I truly was.

As an adult, I built what looked like an Instagram-worthy life. But inside, I felt like a child pretending to be an adult. No matter how good things looked on paper, the house of cards I built always seemed to collapse. My body became the alarm I couldn’t ignore—panic attacks, digestive issues, and even losing my voice for months forced me to confront the truth: I was completely disconnected from myself.

At the same time, I entered a toxic relationship that mirrored the harsh inner critic I carried inside me. The pain brought me to my knees, but that rock bottom became the foundation for my healing journey.

Plant medicine, building a real relationship with Spirit, finding a supportive community, and reconnecting with my creativity became the keys to my transformation. For much of my life, I avoided being creative because it felt like facing myself. But the truth is, you can’t create without meeting yourself. Creativity helps you go beneath the surface and rediscover who you really are.

As I cleared the emotional cobwebs of the past, my creative energy began to flow. I went from doodling in a tiny notebook to painting murals, DJing, and started a styling and floristry business —and it keeps growing! Creativity gave me the freedom to be myself, and now I help others find that same freedom

THe Journey

This process works because it weaves together the tools that helped me transform my own life:

  • Plant Medicine: Psilocybin micro-dosing helps you break free from old patterns and reconnect with your authentic self.

  • Creativity: Creativity is a mirror that reflects your inner world and a tool for transforming it as well as finding your dharma. Through creative exploration, you’ll access parts of yourself that words alone can’t reach, unlocking your full potential.

  • Connection with nature and ritual: A relationship with nature and grounding practices such as meditation, breathwork, and movement are the foundation for lasting change.

  • Community (Sangha): Healing happens in relationship with others. Through the monthly  group sessions which are available to you for life, you’ll become part of a like-minded community and we will work on relational dynamics such as boundaries, and sharing needs.

 FAQs

  • Microdosing involves taking sub-perceptual doses of in this case psilocybin to support emotional resilience, creativity, and personal alignment. It is NOT the same as a ‘trip’. You will not experience visuals or have the types of difficult experiences you hear about people having a full experience.

  • Microdosing psilocybin involves taking small, sub-perceptual doses of psychedelic mushrooms containing psilocybin, a natural compound known for its therapeutic benefits. Unlike a full psychedelic experience, microdosing does not produce hallucinations or significant alterations in consciousness. Instead, it aims to subtly enhance cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being.

    How It Works

    • Interaction with Serotonin Receptors: Psilocybin converts to psilocin in the body, which binds to serotonin receptors in the brain, particularly the 5-HT2A receptor. This receptor is associated with mood regulation, cognition, and neuroplasticity.

    • Neuroplasticity: Research suggests that psilocybin promotes the growth of neural connections and supports brain plasticity. This can help break unhealthy patterns, foster creativity, and encourage new ways of thinking.

    • Default Mode Network (DMN): Psilocybin modulates activity in the DMN, a brain network involved in self-referential thoughts and rumination. Reduced activity in the DMN may alleviate anxiety and depression by quieting overactive, self-critical thought loops.

  • Microdosing is not a "magic bullet" but can complement a holistic approach to mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

    • Emotional Health:

      • Reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety by enhancing emotional resilience.

      • Promotes a sense of calm and emotional balance.

    • Cognitive Benefits:

      • Enhances focus, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

      • Improves mental clarity and flow states.

    • Relational Growth:

      • Encourages empathy and emotional connection, supporting improved communication and relationships.

      • Reduces reactivity and fosters mindful responses in interpersonal dynamics.

    • Physical and Spiritual Well-Being:

      • Supports stress reduction and relaxation.

      • Enhances spiritual connection and alignment with one’s values and purpose.

    Why It Works

Microdosing works because it activates the brain's innate ability to heal, rewire, and grow, helping individuals break free from entrenched habits or thought patterns. By gently shifting brain chemistry and enhancing self-awareness, microdosing can serve as a powerful tool for personal transformation when combined with practices like therapy, coaching, or mindfulness.

  • Microdosing psilocybin typically produces subtle effects that enhance mood, creativity, focus, and emotional awareness without causing hallucinatory experiences.

    Common Effects

    • Enhanced Mood: Lighter, more optimistic, and emotionally balanced, with reduced anxiety or depression.

    • Increased Focus & Creativity: Improved concentration and problem-solving.

    • Emotional Awareness: Greater ability to process emotions calmly and connect with yourself and others.

    • Energy & Calmness: A gentle boost in energy, stress relief, and relaxation.

    • Sensory Awareness: Colors may seem brighter, and senses may feel heightened.

    What You Won’t Feel

    • No intense “high” or hallucinations.

    • No overwhelming emotional states, just gentle emotional clarity.

    Important Notes

    • High Anxiety: If you typically experience high anxiety, microdosing may make you more aware of it. This is part of the healing process, as the medicine supports you in working through it, and I’m here to guide and accompany you through this.

Each experience can vary based on your mindset, environment, and the dose. With time and consistency, the benefits become more pronounced.

  • Yes, you should be able to work while microdosing, as the effects are subtle and generally don’t impair your cognitive abilities. Most people report feeling more focused, productive, and creative when microdosing, without any significant disruptions to their daily routine or work tasks. However, as your body adjusts to the protocol it is recommended to have lighter days begin on a weekend. I will be present working with you to find the right rhythm and fit for your body.

  • Yes, there are some individuals who should avoid microdosing psilocybin. These include:

    1. Those with a history of schizophrenia or psychotic disorders: Psilocybin can potentially trigger or exacerbate underlying mental health conditions like schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders.

    2. People with severe anxiety or panic disorders: While many find that microdosing helps with anxiety, for some, especially those with high levels of anxiety, the experience could intensify these feelings temporarily.

    3. Those on certain medications: Psilocybin can interact with some medications, particularly antidepressants (especially SSRIs and SNRIs), so it's important to consult with a healthcare professional before microdosing if you're on any prescriptions.

    4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women: There’s not enough research on the effects of psilocybin during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so it’s best to avoid it during these times.

It is essential that you disclose if you are on medication, have a history of psychotic disorders, any physical or mental health conditions during the discovery phase so we can make an informed decision and plan together.

  • No! If you’re not comfortable with micro dosing we can still work together using other disruptive modalities such as inner child work, breath work, and mindfulness.

Ready to break free and

do the thing you’re here to do?

  • As a retreat leader of many years, I did not expect such a profound impact... To be frank, the process has not always been easy as she gently pushes us out of our comfort zones and tickles us to explore our edges, deep set beliefs and asks meaningful questions...

    Mareille

  • It really helped me to face different moments in the process with a very loving and gentle guidance, just exactly what I needed instead of telling me what to do but guiding me in how to find out for myself things that I needed to see...

    Roxanna

  • I started really experiencing kind of waves of changes so far, particularly with my relationship to my inner child... Yeah, I feel like I'm right in the middle of some kind of change, series of changes... I'm enjoying it and I'm looking forward to continuing wherever this is ending up.

    Chris

  • I’ve found myself being more aware of my thoughts, more accepting of myself and the situations I might find myself in. Our sessions are always grounding and I am grateful for the compassion she brings to them.
